Before diving into the blackmail practices in the Leo Boer saga and the petty criminals who danced on his grave, it’s time to introduce you to the main characters in this drama. The information comes from documents obtained from Frederik’s computers.
The information is shocking and exposes the criminal organisation that conspired in a plot to smear the integrity and reputation of the Boer companies and Leo Boer’s widow, Luna Vermeulen.
From the documents and correspondence between these parties, it is evident that their secret arrangement and criminal and illegal activities were based on financial gain. Members of this group, called “The Team” by Nabod, stole personal and confidential documents from Luna Vermeulen and the companies. Some members tried, using lies and promises, to obtain documents to serve their “witch hunt”.
Goals of “The Team”:
1. To assist Nabod in contesting the will of the late Leo Boer out of a desire for financial gain.
2. To sabotage the lawsuit of the Boer family against Rabobank.
3. To enrich themselves through tricks and deceit.
4. To steal company documents from the Boer companies.
The members
1. Mr Frederik was an employee of Boer Beheer. He handled confidential and personal matters. In November 2019, Frederik quit his job. Since that time, he has pursued character assassination on Luna Vermeulen both directly and via third parties, and has blackmailed the Boer family. He threatened to share confidential company documents unless he received financial compensation. Frederik also threatened the lawyers and advisors of the Boer companies.
Frederik sets the iCloud login information/passwords for the company. A court order was obtained to seize all the electronic devices at his residence and make copies of the files. Analysis of the documents showed that Frederik was the driving force on “The Team”. He corresponded frequently with his son, a former mayor, and Nabod of Leo Boer.
2. The son helped his father change login information to gain access to the records of the Boer companies stored in the cloud. There are many WhatsApp and text messages between father and son showing how they discussed the swindle between themselves. At a certain point the son quit. As a family they decided not to collaborate any more with the cloud cybercrime.
3. Nabod used “The Team” to contest the legality of the will. He also threatened Luna Vermeulen, for which he was found guilty in court. Nabod promised the members of “The Team” big money when their ship came in. He also promised that the motorboat Barracuda would be shared with the Team members. Nabod promised Frederik a) a new iPad and b) payment of legal costs.
4. The former mayor assisted Frederik by providing confidential documents bearing Leo Boer’s signature. These documents were photos of originals, which suggests that the former mayor did not have the originals in his possession. The former mayor was a consultant in Leo Boer’s project “Het Plaatje” and probably made photos of the original documents during that period.
5. A former advisor and lawyer for Leo Boer and the companies who passed confidential information to “The Team”. This is a violation of the lawyer-client privilege.
6. A family member of Frederik helped in investigating the allegedly forged signature on the will. She was CC’ed in correspondence between Frederik, Nabod, and the lawyers. In view of the number of e-mails, it appears that this person had an important role in stimulating “The Team”.
7. Another family member worked with the person described above.
8. Yet another person saved documents in an electronic file. It is clear that all these confidential documents were also on his electronic devices. The damage resulting from how widely these confidential documents were leaked cannot be calculated.
9. Then there is a certain Mr or Ms DPL who is allowed to share in the Barracuda, Leo Boer’s motorboat. This person was promised financial gain in exchange for his help.
10. There was also a role for a journalist who sent Frederik this extremely strange e-mail:
Hello Frederik,
There are all kinds of rumours going around about Boer’s death.
Supposedly he was poisoned. By his Nigerian wife.
Kids supposedly don’t have a right to the money.
It’s a hard case for a journalist to get a handle on.
But I’m wondering if maybe you’ve heard of this too?
Then I’ll go mull it over.
Greetings from the journalist.
The rumours are absolute nonsense and it is remarkable that this man wanted to get involved in the matter. Well, if the rumours were true, he would be able to score a breaking news article. For the record, Mr. Journalist, Leo Boer’s wife is South African and lives in Vredenburg. You are about 4,878 kilometres from the truth.
Instead of Frederik telling the journalist that his gossip was based on lies, he forwarded the missive to Nabod and his lawyer. Frederik advised him to contact the journalist to tell his story.
That’s it for this episode of this shameful affair, in which at least ten people and two lawyers collaborated.
